1. This Is The End (for now) As of December 15, Germany Germany will be on indefinite hiatus. It’s been an amazing two years, and I’ve made a lot of good friends whom I hope to remain in contact with. Unfortunately, what started as a bunch of weird electro tracks thrown together in a dorm room has become too intertwined with my emotional well-being; it’s not healthy, and I need to take a step back for a while.  Touring Europe, peaking the Hype Machine charts and dancing around like an idiot at shows in Vancouver all made for an interesting accompaniment to pursuing an engineering degree. It’s my sincere hope that I can get back to making art for the sake of making art, with no pressures or expectations. There are two events coming up that I’ll still be participating in: Dec 15 at the Rickshaw Theatre (Vancouver), playing/DJing with Top Less Gay Love Tekno Party at their annual Christmas party Dec 31 in Toronto (details to be announced) What happens in 2012 is up in the air; I’ve been working on some really cool new tracks with really cool new people, so it’s likely that I’ll be back at some point in some project or another next year. I do enjoy making music, I just need to get back to the way I was when I started this project.
